Cancellation Policy

Pre-Dispatch Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel their order anytime before it has been dispatched from our estate warehouse (usually within 12–24 hours of placing the order). Once cancelled, a 100% refund is automatically initiated.

Post-Dispatch Cancellation

Once an order has been picked up by our shipping logistics partner and assigned a tracking ID, it can no longer be cancelled in transit. If you refuse delivery at your doorstep, return shipping charges may be deducted.
